In my posts, I'll distinguish shortcuts with square brackets, the name of the app, colon, then the actual shortcut. So for R#'s Extract Method:
[R#:Ctrl+Alt+M]
or Visual Studio's display the Solution Explorer:
[VS:Ctrl+Alt+L]
ReSharper
I'm currently using ReSharper 4.0 and frequently abbreviate it as R#. I'm using the R# shortcuts and not the Visual Studio ones. (You can change your preference under ReSharper>Options and then General.)
